Time to start getting fit again…

My first run in almost two months and boy, did it feel “challenging.” My maximum recorded heart rate has taken a jump up over previous runs and my pace has dropped by about 10 seconds per mile over my last run which itself was a slowish 6.5 miler.

4.20 mile run, 37’02”, 8′49” avg pace, 525 kcal, ahr 173 bpm, mhr 193 bpm
