I’m going to blame the slower-than-usual pace on the fact that this run was a “recovery” *ahem* session after yesterday’s 9 miler.
I don’t know if it’s good or bad to note that the calories burned during this run are the same number of calories you’d find in 2/3 of an 8″ Pizza Express Sloppy Guiseppe – one of my fave pizzas :)
2 mins to put ’em on, almost 37 mins to burn ’em off. Shame I’m such a fast eater :)
