My 19–mile run turned into a 21–mile run due to having to double back when I discovered part of the course I’d planned to take had been closed for repair. :(
I started the run with a deliberately high blood glucose of 9mmol. I took no carbs for the first hour and then about 10g CHO every 20mins; a combination of glucose gel packs and Lucozade Sport. A very reasonable 6.5mmol on my return :D
21.31 mile run, 3h 02′23″, 8′34″ avg pace, 2574 kcal, ahr 152 bpm, mhr 176 bpm.

Half–marathon time was 1h 53′26″, an average 8′39″ min/mile pace. The second half of my run was faster, probably on account of being chased by a dog at mile 19 o_O
