Another long run. I chose to do this on a Saturday and not a Sunday because the Australian Grand Prix is on Sunday morning at 8 and I always like to watch live. I suppose I could have set out on Sunday at 4am—ish but that’s just a bit “wrong”, don’t you think?

Half–marathon time was 1h 52′58″, an average 8′37″ min/mile pace.

After last week’s 50.45 miles, this week is a little lighter starting with a 3 x 1.5M “fast” session. Anything quicker than 8 min/mile pace seems quick to me ;)
