Now run 100 miles on the “new” Nimbus 11s. Depending upon which of the articles you read, they’re now somewhere between 20% and 40% of their estimated lifespan. o_O

Today’s scheduled run was 1M jog, 3 x 1M “fast” with 400m jog recovery, finishing with a 1M jog. Typically I forgot to start/stop the lap timer on one of the “fast” sections but managed to do it for two at least:
0.88mi, 7′35″ avg pace, ahr 148 bpm.
1.01mi, 7′30″ avg pace, ahr 169 bpm.
Was supposed to be a 15 mile run but invariably getting a route to be exactly one distance or another isn’t always easy. This one was a little longer than planned.
16.28 mile run, 2h 20′18″, 8′37″ avg pace, 1652 kcal, ahr 151 bpm, mhr 180 bpm.

Half marathon time was promising at 1h 53′14″ =)
